Single Colour Vinyl
Single Colour Vinyl is exactly that. Individually coloured sheets of vinyl which can be cad cut with a razor sharp needle to produce lettering or vectors for garment printing. This process is great for personalisation of items or for business and brands to produce a bespoke, high quality look and feel.
The Roland GS2-24 is a compact, powerful and easy to use desktop vinyl cutter. With pinpoint accuracy we can produce flawless vinyl prints with consistent results up to 20mm.
Vinyl printing has been a mainstay within our business and can be used for a wide variety of applications. Best suited to lettering and vector files it can produce the tightest of corners and thinnest of lines.
Simply by loading in a single coloured sheet of heat transfer vinyl, we send your vector based design to cutter and let the magic happen. Once cut, we then weed away the excess leaving behind a crisp and sharp logo ready to be heat applied to your garments.
The GS2-24 can also produce Sign Vinyl for advertising and decorations.
Our Work
Yes, you can create prints using multiple coloured vinyl and layering them to produce colourful logos however this is much more costly and DTF would be recommended in this case.
Technically you can produce vinyl prints of any size however they do become more difficult to cut and inconsistent when sized below 20mm.
Our largest print size is 300x460mm however the more detailed a design is we would recommend DTF printing as weeding something larger would require a lot more time to produce.
We can produce single colour sign vinyl for cars, bikes, walls, shop signs and window displays. Sign vinyl can be produced at a larger size than the t-shirt prints with our largest size being 560x1000mm.
